Shipping policy

All packages will be mailed via USPS. Please allow up to 9 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email or text. We have no responsibility over the package once it has been dropped off at the post office. If your package is lost, misplaced, stolen, damaged, or is missing an item, please file a claim with USPS. Refer to the Refund Policy to get more information on refunds and exchanges. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. If you do not provide a valid shipping address at checkout, your order will be canceled and refunded. 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes that may apply.
